Where do you ship?
We offer free standard shipping to valid delivery addresses throughout the United States. An address that cannot be served by an available carrier may not be accepted.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free throughout the United States.
When will my order arrive?
Processing normally takes 1-2 business days and transit normally takes 3-5 business days, for a total estimated delivery time of 4-7 business days.
What is the order cut-off time?
The cut-off is 2:00 PM ET on business days. Orders placed after that time begin processing on the next business day.
Do you process orders on weekends or holidays?
No. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
How do I track my order?
When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used at checkout. Carrier events may take time to update.
Can I cancel or change an order?
You may request cancellation, an address change, or another order modification before shipment by contacting customer service. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins and cannot be made after shipment.
What is the return period?
You may request a return of a defective or non-defective product within 30 calendar days after delivery. After authorization, send it back within 14 calendar days.
Do I need the original packaging?
No. Original packaging is not required. Return the product with the items, parts, accessories, and documentation still available.
Who pays return or exchange shipping?
IronBridge Home pays authorized return shipping and standard exchange shipping. A prepaid return label is provided. There is no restocking fee.
How do I obtain the return form?
Contact customer service for authorization. We will provide a downloadable return form and prepaid label. Download and print the form, complete it, and include it in the parcel.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 3-10 business days to post the credit.
Are any products final sale or custom-made?
No products are designated final sale, and we do not sell custom or personalized products.
