These Terms of Sale apply to consumer purchases from IronBridge Home, operated by Adamson IronBridge Wholesale LLC, through https://ironbridgehome.com. They supplement the Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

Products and availability
Products are offered subject to availability. Product pages describe the key characteristics, options, dimensions, materials, and intended use to the extent applicable. Minor color variation may result from displays or production batches.
Order process and contract
After you submit an order, we send an electronic acknowledgment. A sales contract is formed when we accept the order by confirmation or shipment. We may reject or cancel an order for payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailability, shipping limitations, or an obvious price or description error. Any amount collected for a canceled item will be refunded.
Prices, tax, and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable tax and the total amount due are displayed before purchase. Standard shipping throughout the United States is free. Payment is due at checkout using an available method shown there.
Processing and delivery
The business-day cut-off is 2:00 PM ET. Processing normally takes 1-2 business days. Transit normally takes 3-5 business days, for an estimated total delivery time of 4-7 business days. Weekends and U.S. public holidays are not processing days. Delivery estimates may be affected by events outside reasonable control.
Risk of loss and title
Risk of loss transfers as provided by applicable law, generally upon delivery to the customer or an authorized recipient. Title transfers when payment and delivery requirements are satisfied, subject to applicable law.
Returns and exchanges
Defective and non-defective products may be returned when requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Authorized returns must be sent within 14 calendar days. Original packaging is not required. We provide a prepaid return label and downloadable return form, pay authorized return and standard exchange shipping, and charge no restocking fee. We do not designate products as final sale and do not sell custom products.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after returned products are inspected. Banks and payment providers may need an additional 3-10 business days to post the credit.
Cancellation and changes
Cancellations, address changes, and other order modifications may be requested only before shipment. Contact customer service promptly; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
Defective or non-conforming products
Contact us if a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description. We will provide an appropriate remedy under this policy and applicable law without charging return or replacement shipping.
Governing law
These Terms of Sale are governed by Kentucky law and applicable United States federal law, without limiting non-waivable consumer rights in the customer’s state of residence.
