Shipping
Orders are subject to our Shipping Policy. Orders placed by 2:00 PM ET on a business day begin processing according to our 1-2 business-day processing estimate. Transit normally takes 3-5 business days, for an estimated total delivery time of 4-7 business days. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays.
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations
Our Return and Refund Policy governs returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and order changes. The voluntary return period is 30 calendar days after delivery. Authorized returns must be sent within 14 calendar days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection, and financial institutions may require an additional 3-10 business days.
